I just see that the french rapper La Fouine was performing in Belgium for the Inc’Rock Festival and was really affected when people starting to throw bottles. To answer, he just sent his bodyguards saying to the audience ” il va bien se faire niquer sa race derrière, ne vous inquiétez pas”  wich means “he is going to suffer in the backstage” and continued the show normally while his bodyguards are kicking the man in the ground. This is something quiet shocking. His label, says that it’s something normal nowadays in concerts, and that the rappers are doing the same thing as the rockers. Well, I’ve never seen a scene like that in any show…

Wesley Willis (RIP) was a schizophrenic, paranoid, bizarre and obscene musician from Chicago. Today I want to pay a tribute to this musician who died in 2003 because of Chronic Myelogenous Leukemia.  He shows us that even if you don’t sing well, and you don’t have the style of a rock star you can be one. Wesley Willis released over 50 albums and I’m sure that is a model for a lot of artist today. He was also a talented painter.

Renart ( with a T, not like Renard with a D wich is a fox) is a French DJ of 21 years old from Lille and signed on Dawn Record’slabel.

In november, he revealed the videoclip of the song “Voyage Chromatique” from the EP of the same title.

The clip was directed by Ugo Bienvenu and Kevin Manach . It’s a total dream trip into a world with strange geometric forms and a volcano in eruption. We have the impression of being in a nightmare !

The frame of the clip is a little strange. There is only one woman who is surround by man. Body withouth hands make the jump rope and danced to the sound of this electric music.

Reindeers on magic mushrooms in Berlin

When they’re not busy with Santa Claus, reindeers sometimes have strange activities like eating mushrooms in a museum in Berlin.

Carsten Höller, a Belgian artist, brought twelve reindeers to a German museum and now they feed them with hallucinogenic mushrooms. The goal of this exhibit is to show that art can take you through a journey as strong as a mushroom trip. And if you want to go further in the experience, you can pay to spend a night with the animals and drink a “magic potion” called the Soma made of the reindeers urine (yumi, yumi!).

As you can see the animals look very calm…
