Okay, this is not a blog about litteracy. But we can talk about something every internet user kwows : the social network Facebook. We already know the film satyre by David Lynch.
A few month ago was published a book about Facebook and its bad consequences on daily life. The authors, Alexandre Designard and Thomas Zuber, evoque a few negative infleunces : mix between public and private life, alienation, waste of time. The fact is that Facebook users often forget to distinguish real and virtual identity. For instance, it’s very easy onĀ this social media to brodcast some fake image of itself, so viewers have a false percpeption of it.
Smartphones are also attacked by the two auhtors, accused of getting fooled the users (access facility getting people really impatient in daily life for example).
In a way this book is sort of a warning towards the new technologies that quickly interfered in our lives, including some changes which don’t seem pertinent at first sigth, but once analysed, appeared like some serious dangers
